Introduction：
Ruth anchor special for exterior wall thermal
insulation system is composed of plastic expansion sheath and metal
nolt. The plastic expansion sheath is made of HDP, and the nail
is made of high quality galvanized steel material to resist erosion.
Ruth anchor is specially made for exterior wall thermal insulation
system, according to different wall base and XPS board thickness,
there are three choices 75＃、95＃、120＃ to meet different construction
requirement .

Product Characteristics：
1、Metal nolt：Has been galvanized and formed into a yellow or blue
protection layer after chrome passivation, which can protect the
nolt from rust.
2、Plastic expansion sheath：there are some reverse hooks at the end
of the sheath,when the nolt is knocked into the sheath, the end
of the sheath will expand and bear heavy load through friction.
The diameter of the top disk is 50mm, which can avoid the anchor
from deep setting into the XPS board.
3、The knock-in installation method can protect the base material
from partial damaged or broken, enhance the load bear power. Also
it is easy to install.

2.Installation Method：
1) Drill holes after the prime layer of felt
motar is totally solid.（depends on the temprature on site，the solid
time is 24～48 hours.）The quantity of anchors per M2 and the place
of drill hole should accord to the instruction of construction project；
2) Clean out the powder in the drilled hole；
3) Put the plastic sheath into the hole；
4) Then knock the nolt into the plastic sheath.
