Ceramic exterior wall project

Ruth polymer felt layer mortar is made from high quality cement, quartz sand and polymer powder imported from occident. Since the manufacture process is controled by computer, the polymer mortar is of high quality and excellent properties. It can be used on the surface layer of exterior wall thermal insulation(extrude polystyrene) system. Ruth company's annual output of polymer mortar is 16000 tons.
According to construction project ceramic exterior wall design, Ruth company developed this surface mortar special for ceramic exterial wall to enhance the felt effect. The fatigue intension test shows the wall surface can bear force about 4 tons per M2, thus can enhance the safety of construction, prolong the life time of building, and provide more imagination space for house designers.

Polymer Surface Mortar Properties：（See JGJ 110－97 Construction Project Brick Facing Adhesive Strength Test Standards）

Application Instruction：（For exterior wall thermal insulation construction）

1、Mix Proportion: 25 Kg/Bag, water:mortar = 1:5, only add water, no other cement,sand or additional material.
2、Mix method: Prepare a clean barrel, put some water in the barrel, add in mortar and meanwhile mix them at low speed(below 1000turns/min) for 3-5 minutes, then put the mixed material aside for 2-3 minutes, and later mix them for the second time.
3、Construction Method：Apply surface mortar with special tool directly, thickness about 2～3mm. Apply fiberglass mesh 3～5 minutes later（depends on the temperature）to avoid the mortar surface become dried.
4 Application time: Better mix the mortar within 45 minutes, the maximum use time is 2 hours.
5 Caution: (1) Dried mortar left from last use can not be mixed again with water or new materials.
(2) Prepare shield against sunlight when the temperature is higher than 35℃, in order to avoid water dismission when directly exposed in the sun. Do not construct when the temperature is lower than 4℃.

Caution Matters：
1.Transportation:Avoid extrusion, impact, rain water, sunlight,etc to ensure application.
2.Loading: load in order, prevent the packages from damage, avoid toss, impact, or expose in the sun to ensure application.
3.Storage: Prevent from contacting with corrosive, can not be stored outside; and when stored inside, should keep dry, good vantilation, and keep away from damp and rain water.
4.Storage time: 6 months in dry place.
