RUTH K200 is a four-component acrylate grouting material engineered for flow into fine leakage paths, construction joints and suitable soil pores before it gels. Its water-like tested viscosity supports ultra low viscosity injection, while the reacted material forms a flexible waterproof sealing gel. The system is intended for professional tunnel waterproofing and underground injection work using a compatible double-liquid pump. Gel behavior and field performance should be confirmed through the approved mixing schedule and a site trial under actual temperature and substrate conditions.
Ultra low viscosity injection - Tested at 4.31 mPa·s for penetration into fine joints, cracks and suitable soil pores.
Controlled gel time - The supplied test result is 33 seconds; actual field time varies with temperature, dosage and mixing conditions.
Flexible waterproof sealing - Declared elongation at break is ≥500%, supporting suitable moving cracks and joints.
Low permeability - The tested permeability coefficient is 4.8 × 10⁻⁸ cm/s under the stated method.
Stable beyond crack limits - No change in state after swelling beyond crack limits under GOST 33762; this must not be interpreted as no swelling.
Compatibility and resistance controls - Elastomer compatibility, corrosion activity and chemical resistance claims apply only to the tested materials and exposure conditions.

| Property | Standard-index | Test-result |
|---|---|---|
| Appearance | Homogeneous liquid without particles | Conforms |
| Density at 25℃±0.5℃ | 1.05±0.5 g/cm³ | 1.116 g/cm³ |
| Viscosity at 25℃±0.5℃ | ≤10 mPa·s | 4.31 mPa·s |
| pH | 6.0-9.0 | 8.9 |
| Gel-time | As actual test value | 33 s |
| Permeability coefficient | <1×10⁻⁷ cm/s | 4.8×10⁻⁸ cm/s |
| Sand-consolidation compressive strength | ≥200 kPa | 314 kPa |
| Anti extrusion-failure ratio | ≥300 | >1,100 |
| Water-expansion rate | ≥30% | >300% |
| Elongation at break | ≥500% | Conforms; measured result pending |
| State after swelling beyond crack limits | GOST-33762 | No change in state |
| Compatibility with elastomers | - | Fully compatible |
| Corrosion activity | - | No |
| Chemical resistance | - | Yes |
The 314 kPa result is from the specified sand-consolidation testing, not pure gel strength or guaranteed field-treated ground. Chemical resistance and elastomer compatibility must remain limited to the tested materials and exposure conditions.
