The RUTH IE-02 is our advanced, professional-grade electric injection grouting machine, specifically engineered for precision and safety. Unlike standard pumps, the IE-02 features an Integrated Adjustable Pressure Valve, allowing operators to pre-set the working pressure. If pressure exceeds the limit, the system automatically relieves it, protecting both the machine and the concrete structure.
Compact yet powerful, this polyurethane foam grouting injection machine generates up to 10,000 psi (70 MPa), making it capable of pushing high-viscosity structural epoxy resin or expanding PU foam into hairline cracks as fine as 0.02mm.

Construction Guide:
1. Clean Cracks: Thoroughly clean the surface, removing loose debris.
2. Drill Packers: Drill holes at appropriate intervals (e.g., every 30cm) along the crack.
3. Bury & Lock Up Packers: Insert and secure the injection packers.
4. Connect Packer with Zerk: Attach the high-pressure hose to the packer.
5. Grouting Process: Begin injecting the chosen grout.
6. Remove Extravasations: The next day, remove any excess cured material.
7. Wash Machine: Clean the machine thoroughly with Toluene or Acetone.
8. Lubricate Machine: Perform final lubrication with engine oil for proper maintenance and storage.
Important Use Guide
1. Pre-Operation Check: Ensure all screws are tight and the high-pressure hose is securely connected without leakage.
2. Pressure Management: The maximum pressure is approximately 10000 psi (70 MPa). Be mindful of the packer's pressure resistance.
3. Material Compatibility: This machine is suitable for polyurethane water stoppers. Do NOT use materials containing cement or sand.
4. Testing Fluid: Use machine oil or hydraulic oil for testing. Do not use low-viscosity liquids or water.
5. Operating Pressure: The working pressure should not exceed 50 MPa to prevent overload and damage.
6. Restart Prohibition: Do not restart the machine if the pressure is above 40 MPa. Restarting is only permitted when the pressure drops below 20 MPa.
7. Safety First: Always wear a safety helmet, safety goggles, a working uniform, and a safety mask during operation.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting (Pro Tips)
Cleaning is Critical: After use, immediately circulate acetone or xylene (approx. 200ml) for 5 minutes to remove residual grout. Never use water.
Valve Care: If pressure is low, check the steel ball and spring in the piston. Clean any cured material or sand blockage.
Lubrication: Store the machine with hydraulic oil inside the pump to prevent rust and seal drying.
