Polyurea Grouting material/ Polyurea Waterproofing Grouting/Polyurea Grout Selant
It is used to cover cracks and address leakage and re-leakage in structural cracks, such as deformation joints, expansion joints, and settlement joints.
RUTH IP-31 Polyurea Grouting Material is a homogeneous liquid, made of polyurea pre-polymer as the main agent, along with mineral fillers and additives, reacts with water to form a polymer elastomer grouting material. It is used to cover cracks and address leakage and re-leakage in structural cracks, such as deformation joints, expansion joints, and settlement joints.
The material boasts high strength, high elongation, good elasticity, and a strong ability to adapt to structural deformation.
The consolidated body is dense and exhibits high bonding strength.
It has a high solid content, contains no harmful solvents like benzene, and poses no pollution risk to the environment or human body.
Being a liquid, it allows for cold, flexible, and convenient construction methods.
Its one-component nature makes construction easy, and the solid body is water-resistant, corrosion-resistant, mildew-resistant, cold-resistant, and highly impermeable
Construction Operation Notes
There should be no open water on the project's base surface. If present, construction should only commence 24 hours after it has been drained.
Construction should be carried out at temperatures above 5℃. The construction site must be well-ventilated, and fire-fighting equipment should be readily available.
After opening the barrel, the material should be used as soon as possible, ideally within 15 minutes, to avoid prolonged direct exposure to air and prevent skin formation.
After opening, any unused material should be immediately and tightly sealed, and the remaining material should be used up as soon as possible.
Pay attention to protecting the construction site until it is completely dry.
