Description:
RUTH Epoxy Resin Grouting is a high-strength, two-component, solvent-free epoxy crack filler designed to restore the structural integrity of cracked concrete. Unlike polyurethane foams that are flexible and used for stopping water, this structural epoxy injection material cures into a rigid solid that is stronger than the concrete itself.
Formulated with low viscosity, our liquid epoxy grout penetrates deep into hairline cracks (as narrow as 0.05mm), effectively "welding" the concrete back together. It is the industry standard solution for concrete crack repair epoxy injection in load-bearing structures.

Reinforcement Construction Methods
High-pressure Injection
1. Deploy epoxy resin (Component A) and curing agent (Component B) at a mixing ratio of A:B = 100:20 (by weight).
2. Inject the mixed epoxy into the structure's cracks with a RUTH high-pressure injection machine. To ensure the complete filling of the cracks, the injection should be repeated within 30 minutes until the epoxy material begins to seep from the cracks.
3. After 72 hours, clean up the solidified material, pull out the injection packers, and seal the injection holes with a waterproof polymer mortar.
Notes
1. During application, please wear protective apparatus (e.g., gloves, goggles) to avoid direct contact with the skin. If contact occurs, please flush the affected area with running water. If it comes into contact with the eyes, seek immediate medical care at a hospital.
2. The epoxy resin (A) and curing agent (B) must be mixed evenly according to the specified mixing ratio.
3. The mixture of epoxy A and B should be used within its pot life (workable time). Otherwise, it will solidify and become unusable.
4. Spatulas, mixers, and containers should be washed with acetone after use, before the epoxy hardens.
